PRESS RELEASE: NABS WW Suspends Vice President, Secretary General Over Misapropriation of Funds

The National Association of Boki Students Worldwide (NABS WW) have suspended it's Vice President, Mercy Busa Osowo and Secretary General, Richard Obi over alledged Misapropriation of project funds.

In a Press Release by the Director of Information, and signed by the president Awa Peter A, it reads;

''The national association of boki students worldwide (NABS WW ) the president and stakeholder today 1st October 2019 suspend the vice president-mercy busa-osowo and secretary General-richard obi over misappropriation of the association funds meant for distribution of over 2000 exercise Books, 2000 pencils,2000 pen, and over 600 school sandals to primary learners and secondary school students in boki local Government Area.''

''After two different stakeholders meeting between  30th of September and early hours of today 1st October 2019 trying to retrieve the money back by the super and supra stakeholders of the association prove abortive,the Stakeholders took a decision by  placing an indefinite suspension on them.''

''On announcing the suspension by president Comr. Awa Peter A, said "I am deeply sad and the same time unhappy with the development for members of my executive council to steal and share money meant for a project among themselve,and we have been working tirelessly everyday to bring back the lost glory our great association,our boki elites,politicians,civil servants,Business men and women finds it difficult to support the association because of the fact that monies given to students are not properly manage and the purpose at which the monies is given for are not always visible at the end of the day,so that is why my Led administration will do anything possible to deliver and render services to my people.''

''I also want to use this medium to call on the students to remain calm And be law abiding citizen of our Nation and Allow the Nigeria police to retrieve the association stolen money".
