The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Cross River State who has been working in collaboration with the Cross River State Committee on the federal Government 774,000 public works jobs towards ensuring job reach the poor in rural Areas has accused some APC leaders for hijacking the forms that were main for common citizen that needs the job must.

According to Julius on his Facebook handle stated that he is not talking of the statutory slots allocated to the certain office holders in each state as directed by Federal Government ete the legislators,  But his pains and anger is the unholistic circumstances whereby the left over % that was supposed to pass through approved organisations like, youths, Christian organisations, traditional council etc  to applicants that don't have godfathers has still being hijacked.

Kijuo further said, that he is not interested in political parties,  but he is calling on who ever that is in position of public forms to make them accessible to those that need it most. That politics is different from Governance and that public interest should be our major priority.

Even in my immediate Local Government Area Boki, no one can access any form,  rather forms have been hijacked by few APC leaders depriving the common man that has no godfather.
