Engr sunnySkippo Nchu Otu, a refined engineer from central senatorial District,He is also the Vice Chairman central National youth council of Nigeria(NYCN) Cross River State chapter handling a community project in UTUMA  community in umo west clan biase local government area  of cross River state
This project was  Awarded by EUROPEAN UNION to APEX PROJECTS NIG LTD to aid community development in the Niger delta rigion 

The young and  articulate Engr handling the project on completion after a few  months went on routine check to enable full Commissioning/final Acceptance by the European Union was shocked at the level of damage caused by the neighbouring community.

 He is  calling on the Government of Cross River State to intervene on the barbaric treatment the people of utuma are getting from Abians because of land disput.

 The total destruction of the completed open market project of UTUMA community in umo west clan biase local government area  of cross River state by the people of Abia State if no proper intervention is taken between the Government of Cross River State and the Government of Abia State can lead to total breakdown of law and order making the community insecure thereby leading to lack of investment opportunities as EU has threatens to withdraw their support to the community if no redress is done .

 To avert further destruction of lives and properties the Engineer is calling on the prompt response of Government to restore peace as the people now live in fear of been invaded anytime soon by the people of Abia State.

 He is calling on the project master of Cross River State , the Executive Governor Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade and relevant authorities to safe the lives of the  good people of UTUMA biase LGA from their oppressors to  enable EU and other investors invest in  Biase LGA to help move the youths from the state of restiveness (unemployment) to activeness (Employment).
