According to Paschal in his inaugural speech, he promised to run an all inclusive administration not minding who supported his aspirations or not.

He continued, "I have served in Central Senatorial Students Assembly worldwide (CENSA WW) highest students union body in Cross River Central senatorial district, National Association Of Cross River State Students (NACRISS WW) the apex and highest students union body in Cross River State amongst others, so my coming /venting to lead the Osokom students is nothing but borne out of my passion to deliver and give to students of the clan what i have gathered in my years in unionism.
I am charging stakeholders, super, shareholders and students in general to give me and my leadership their unalloyed supports in order to champion and reach the apex in our laid down objectives and aims.
