The Court of Appeal sitting in Calabar on Saturday 2nd November 2019,h uphold Rt. Hon. Ntol Chris Agibe of The People's Democratic Party (PDP) as duly elected representative for Ikom/Boki House of Representatives at the National Assembly.
The Court however, dismissed the appeal of Sir Victor Abang (Mature) of All Progressive Congress (APC)
