The Court of Appeal sitting in Calabar on Saturday has uphold Senator Professor Sandy Ojang Onor of The People's Democratic Party (PDP) as duly elected Senator representing Cross River State Central Senatorial District.

 The Court however, dismissed the appeal of Sen. Victor Ndoma Egba of All Progressive Congress (APC)
