History was made yesterday during her 2019 International Day for Peace, of the United Nations where Mr Ojong Agbor was invested with the honorary status of Ambassador of Peace by the United Nations Positive Livelihood Award Centre Peace Programme UN-PPP.
Mr Ojong Agbor who is generally called CABAL CHAIRMAN, THE OKOSISI, KING OF FOREST AND LEADER OF THE YOUTHS was so honoured because in the words of the Secretary of the organisation:
"'He has tried his best in the area of peace advocacy. There are some issues he would try to mediate, issues that would have been taken to court, he mediated and ensured that such issues are settled out of court.
'Concerning social vices amongst the youths, he has been an Advocate of Peace amongst the youth.
In the area of secret cultism, Ojong Agbors has been very loud against this social vices amongst the youths.
In the area of communal crisis... Ojong Agbor has been out at all times to to say, No! No! No to local wars. He is an epitome of Peace. The UN preaches peace advocacy than prosecution.
Agbor by reasons of humility, interpersonal relationship, Team work, friendliness and peace advocacy and many more have been reasons for his nomination as Ambassador for Peace of the United Nations POLAC.'
Therefore on behalf of our principal Distinguished Sen Sandy Ojang Onor and indeed the entire CATERPILLAR MOVEMENT we congratulate this Great son/ leader and advocate of the people of Central Cross River State. We therefore urge him to continue to serve humanity with utmost patriotism.
