The 2025 WAFU B Women’s Champions League draw ceremony has been postponed to a new date.

The draw ceremony initially scheduled for Tuesday, 29 July, will now hold on Tuesday, 5 August.

The competition will serve as qualifier for the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League.

Cote d’Ivoire will host the annual competition for the second consecutive edition.

Bayelsa Queens, current Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, champions will compete at the competition alongside seven other teams.

The Prosperity Girls will be looking to make history as the first Nigerian club to win the WAFU B Women’s Champions League for a second time.

The Yenagoa club won the competition for the first time in 2022.

Edo Queens are the defending champions of the tournament.

Asec Mimosas (Cote d’Ivoire), AS GNN (Niger), USFA (Burkina Faso), Asko (Togo), Sam Nelly (Benin Republic), and Ghana Police Ladies will also compete for the title in Cote d’Ivoire.
