As we welcome the dawn of a new year, Popular philanthropist and Chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress(APC) in Cross River State, Hon Abang Pius Besong aka Ab Amani Jojo, heartily extend his kind wishes to all Cross Riverians on the epoch occasion of this new year celebration.
