Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State was agoge by youth Massive Crowd as the State Chairman Cross River State youth's in politics Amb. Julius Kijuo Flags off the organization Local Government tour in the Northern Senatorial district of Cross River State.
All youths and Students group under Cross River State Youths in Politics resolve to throw their weight behind the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu. The young politicians who gathered in Okuku, Yala Local Government Area of the State, unanimously resolved to vote for the man they described as God sent.
Speaking while presenting the group's resolution in an event organized by the Cross River State Youth in politics Chairman, Amb Julius Kijuo who also doubles as the SSA on Public Works, eulogized the great leadership potentialities of Senator Bassey Otu, describing him as a man of trustworthy personality. He remarked that the youths irrespective of party lines, have resolved to vote for the APC governorship candidate.
Chief Amb Emmanuel Esiegem the Chairman Anti- Deforestation North who happens to be the host of the event took his turn to eulogies Sen Prince Bassey Otu in his passed anticident and encourage them to vote Prince Otu during the poll as he remains the best Candidate
In his speech, the visibly impressed Prince Bassey Otu, commended the leadership of the Youth body and the entire youths for their efforts. He promised to work with them when elected governor of the state. According to Prince Otu, his words remains his bond.
The APC Gubernatorial candidate was accompanied by the DG of his campaign Council, Amb Soni Abang; former Secretary to Cross River State government Ntufam Barr Fidelis Ugbo; SSA Political, Chief Peter Ojie and an illustrious son of Yala, High Chief Timi Tom.
Highpoint of the meeting was official decoration of the APC candidate and a vote of confidence on the incoming governor.
