Last weekend, members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Boki LGA accompanied their flagbearers; Ikom/Boki Federal House of Reps candidate, Barr Attah Ochinke and Boki 1 House of Assembly candidate, Ikobi Ikobi on a Consultative and “Thank You” rally to Bumaji Communities in Beboo/Bumaji ward.
The rally witnessed a massive turnout of supporters and party faithfuls, chiefs and community leaders as they celebrated with their incoming officials and fellow party men.
A huge turn of events occurred when hundreds of opposition members renounced their membership in their various parties and pledged new alliances with the PDP sighting that they have seen the light.

In attendance was the Boki Chapter Chairman of the PDP Mr Fabian Okwajie, Chief Servant of Wan-Dyityem Movement Mr. Sylva Binang Bogbo, Chief James Achu, Dr Mark Nke, Hon. Emma Obi, Engr. Sunnyskipo Nchu and other party executives and stakeholders across Boki LGA.
The Elders and Chiefs of Bumaji Communities that their support as a community will always be to the People's Democratic Party and that there was no room in all of Boki for the opposition APC.
OCHINKE: A POLITICIAN WORTH STANDING FOR
In today's contemporary society, there are only a few politicians you can be bold enough to stand up for, Attah Ochinke (Bar) is one of such.
Personally, I like quality, so when I go shopping, I look out for the best products irrespective of cost, and as a business oriented person, I do vehemently understand the value of a good product, it stands the test of time, can easily be sold without much convincing cos the brand does the magic, it's durable, reliable and user friendly.
Bar Ochinke is a man of great quality, a gentleman of the Bar, an enigma of some sort, with a very calm demeanour, intelligent and outspoken.
Beyond politics, he's done well in his career to merit and be elected as a State Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
He's running for the position of Federal House of Representative to represent the good people of Ikom/Boki under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
