The honourable commissioner of Health cross river State ,Dr. Mrs Betta Edu in a courtesy visit payed her in her office in the ministry of Health Calabar,by the Leadership of the central Senatorial Students Assembly of cross river State. HRH Comr, Marvelous Imoke ,HRM,comr, Rejoice Ojong together with the secretary General comr,Patrick-xavier Alobi in company of other executives and appointees of the presidency, pledged her support for the growth of education and the welfare of students in the state and particularly for the Central students.
more so she admonished the students leaders to keep up the good work of advocating for the rights and privileges of students .
At the apex of this convention,the commissioner directed that names be submitted to her office through the office of the CENSSA president for consequent consideration and registration for the JAMB exams that is currently on,the commissioner mentioned that she pays fees of over 700 students across the state and expressed desires to do more as it is her own way of affecting young people.
In all,the president expressed ecstasy in the kind disposition exuded by the Honourable commissioner of Health in all she does in the state and Nation at large and promised to prioritize the welfare of students which is his administrative goal above selfish interest.
