Following the withdrawal of the law suit between aggrieved PDP members of Cross River state and the Authentic chapter and ward exco, the Chairman of Boki PDP chapter, described it as a welcome development and as well thank every member of the party for standing strong throughout the period under review.

He also called on Mr. Kelvin  Njong whom he described as "A man of capacity" and other aggrieved members of the chapter to join him in driving the affairs of the party for the interest of all party faithful.

Meanwhile, the chairman Mr. Fabian Okwajie also urged every member to learn from this disturbing situation in order to avoid future occurrence.

Mr. Fabian also thanked the leadership of the party for rescuing the party from catastrophe by standing firm during those trying times.

He said; “I am grateful to God, the Governor and other leaders for rescuing our party from what would have befallen the party. Today, our party has been repositioned to greater heights and I can assure you, with the calibre of people so elected to pilot the leadership of this party. I feel indeed grateful and reassured that our party will remain strong and stronger to deliver at all in Boki and Cross River at large.

In his last statement, he said, the party is supreme and we remain one family. Boki PDP isn't in factions. Lets us join hands and be more stronger together.
