My reappointment into office as Secretary to State Government is a rare privilege to say the least. However, it is a charge to serve the State better.
It is therefore, with a heart full of immeasurable gratitude to God the almighty for His unlimited grace and favour and to my principal of vigorous, inestimable intellect and sagacity, the executive Governor (cum project manager) of Cross River State, His Excellency, Prof. Sen. Ben Ayade (KSJ) for believing in me, trusting and appreciating my hitherto efforts leading to a reappointment and finally, to my beloved esteemed family, friends and well wishers from the State and beyond for your warm, kind, goodwill and congratulatory messages that I say a hearty THANK YOU.
