The Member representing Boki II Constituency in Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Hilary Bisong had felicitated with His Excellency Sen. Liyel Imoke on his Birthday.

 The Workaholic House of Assembly posted a message on his Facebook timeline lately today. In his post, He wrote;
