Hon. Hilary Bisong, a.k.a Doro Fresh is a solid gentleman with a galaxy of intellectual and sterling record in his political sojourn.

Hilary Bisong, a graduate of Geology from the famous University of Calabar and a former Personal Assistant to former Gov. Liyel Imoke is undoubtedly, one of the youngest, talented and outspoken lawmaker the Cross River State House of Assembly has ever produced.

He won the state house of assembly election in 2015 for Boki 2 state constituency and moved into the legislative chambers with an aesthetic record to his credit.

As a focus young man who was prepared for the job, he became the first house of assembly member to produce an action plan for constituency engagement called Citizens Legislative Agency Project (CLAP), which was designed to give the people a direct access to engage their representatives about their welfare and development.
