A building said to be belonging to the family of Chief Cletus Ekwo of Wula village in Boki local government area was on Wednesday 24th October 2018, gutted by fire.
The structure, located in Wula community Behind one Bala Filling Station, was occupied by tenants and family members.

Boki Blog learnt that the Wednesday fire consumed property and goods worth millions of naira, all belonging to the tenants and family members who lived in the building.
In a phone call with and eyewitness; said the fire suddenly surged at about 1:am on Wednesday and completely burnt down the entire building leaving the family and his tenant homeless.

The fire which source has not been traced, started when nobody was at home so no lives were lost.
