Weeks after the Primary elections were conducted for the State House of Assembly Members in PDP where Hon. Itam Abang and Hon. Hillary Bisong were declared winners, there seem to be a noticeable turn of events as Hon. Bette Obi has been declared winner of the PDP mandate in Boki 1.
This was announced by his media aide, Hon. Pius Eliman earlier today.
However this is quite controversial as it was said earlier that the party had ruled to give out automatic tickets to all incumbents, which Hon. Itam Abang is one and According to reports had already been given the party's ticket to contest for the seat.
