1910: The arrival of the first white man at Ogoja. (Parts of Boki were under Ogoja division)
1914: A group of 12 white men toured Boki area
1915: Ibong Native Court which also served Irruan and Eastern Boki was established
1916: Abo and Boje Native Courts were established
1918-1920: Ogoja/Okundi/Nsadop/Iso-bendeghe - Afi Ikom motor road was opened
1921: Irruan left Bette Native Court
1922: Okundi Customary Court Hall was built
1923: St. Francis School, Ntamante, was built
1924: Abontaken School was opened
1924-25: "Ibagari" people from Cameroon killed by Osokom people followed by the execution of 12 Osokom people at Okundi
1928: Taxation was introduced
1931: Locust invasion of parts of Boki
1931: Boje Customary Court Hall was built
1937: Kakwagom leper settlement was built
1930: Boki people forced by colonial administration to tap rubber and to produce palm oil and palm kernel
1940: St. Patrick's school, Kakwagom, the only senior primary school in the parish, transferred fro the Hill Top to present site.
1940: Wula was separated from Ikom Division and joined Obudu
1943: Nsadop-Boje land dispute
1944: Utugwang-Irruan road constructed
1945: First motor vehicle seen in Abo area
1947: Eclipse of the moon
1952: Balegatte villages separated from Wula in Eastern Boki clan to join Utanga-Becheve clan
