The Election Petition Tribunal (EPT) sitting in Calabar has struck out all evidence and documents tendered by former Cross River Governor, Ben Ayade.
In a judgment deliverd early Saturday, the court stated that all evidence and documents tendered by the petitioners were not pleaded, goes to no issue and all struck out.
The court's decision was based on the assertion that these documents were not properly pleaded and, therefore, had no relevance to the case.
