Panic as Cameroonian soldiers writes Cross River community for harboring refugees, threaten to attack

 

Suspected cameroonian soldiers have threatened to attack Bashu, a border community in Abo Clan, Boki Local government area for keeping Ambazonian refugees.

This was disclosed in a letter addressed to the community leaders by General PA Nkuma P. led troops of the Cameroonian Army.

The letter made available to BOKI BLOG accused the community of harboring warring groups  saying its a great risk on the side of the community advising them to chase them away from their villages.

The letter reads;

          It is a pleasure most respectfully reaching you through this medium of writing.  By the special grace of God, all is well.  
           Furthermore, due to the challenges we are facing in our own side. Two other group boys have decided to act as a hindrance to our success or progress.
           On the other hand, we have done our best we can to chase them out of our territory, they have now decided to go and harbor in your community, tracing any one that is from this side with threats and intimidations, thinking they are safe or free to do any thing out of the territory.
          More so, we want to let you know that keeping those boys or accepting them to stay in your community is a greatest risk to you. Therefore, to abstain from such implication, you should try your best to send them out of your community in other to avoid any further measures.

More over, the attitudes of saching our civilian loads has become so rampad . We wonder if your community is now engaged in international affairs which concerns Ambazonian. Thus you are pushing us to place an obstruction or a band for that road to stop passing. Don’t forget that my Army will invade your community if you keep harboring those Anti Amba or Cultist in your community.

The Bashu community have called on appropriate authorities to come to the aide of the community.

We have also learned that the Cameroonian soldiers had attacked Kekukesim, a neighboring community of Cameroon last week for harboring the said enemies, killing about 5 persons and setting the entire community ablaze.
