The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Cross River State Chapter, has concluded its primary for the Obubra/Etung Federal House of Representatives election, with Rt. Hon. Dr Okpechi Friday Gabriel emerging as its flag-bearer.
Okpechi emerged winner at the exercise with 26 votes, while the runner-up, Ken Egbas, polled 24 votes
