How to Reset Your TrenChat Password 

Resetting your TrenChat password should be a breeze if you already have an email address linked to your account.

Here's what to do to reset your password: 

1. Open the TrenChat mobile app or go to trenchat.com. 

2. Tap Forgotten password?

3. Enter your email address in the Reset Password interface.

4. Check your email for your password recovery token.

6. Copy and paste or type the recovery token in the password recovery field. 

7. Type in your new password and tap continue to finish. 

Didn't Get Your TrenChat Password Reset Code? 

If you didn't get the reset code, do the following.

Check your spam folder, as sometimes your email provider may have filtered the mail as spam. 

If you find the mail in your spam folder, tap report not spam so that you don't miss future emails from TrenChat. 

If it's still not there after a while, repeat the process as you may have mistyped a character while filing your email address.
