The member representing Boki 1 constituency in Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Itam Abang have emerged victorious at the Elections petition tribunal on Wednesday in Calabar.

 The judgement in case No_EPT/CAL/SHA/17/2019 filled by Barr. Sabastine Ubua Anyia in Calabar was dismissed for lack of merit by the Petitioners for failing to prove that he was unlawfully excluded by INEC in the Election and for lack of jurisdiction.

 The distinguished lawmaker was confirmed member representing Boki 1 in the state house of Assembly for the second term.
