Boki born Music artiste AU Pro, who runs his record label SBM, could be likely sued for allegedly collecting money for a concert he never gave neither did he show up.

AU Pro a producer, performer and songwriter was allegedly booked to perform in the Grand finale of 'Kesad Ne Buseh Banjuare Boki Pageant' by the central committee of Banjuare Boki Festival in August 2019.

According to the brain behind Banjuare Boki Festival project, Mr. Akobor said he made a deal with the young star with the promise that he would be paid N200,000 for some minutes performance at Okundi, Boki LGA in Cross River State on 17th August 2019 of which he turned out to be scam.

However, The Young star was given N150,000 as a deposit to come and Perform after which N50,000 will be paid to complete it.

Report claims AU Pro agreed to the condition but later kept pressurizing that N50,000 must be paid before he considers coming down.

Speaking to Boki Blog in a phone conversation, Akobor explained that he told the artiste that the committee are financially constraint at the moment, that if he wouldn't agree with the  arrangements he should refund the paid N150,000 to enable them settle other artiste Performing at the event.

The SBM boss refused to make the a refund. In words he said; "I rather die than refund any money" that's exactly the response I received from him, Akobor added.

Reports says before N150,000 was given to him, he has been the one calling and begging to be given a chance to feature at the event, as he vanished after receiving the money.

An Unknown source had it that,  he needed cash to enable him open a night club in Lagos and that he was sourcing for money at all cost, this is one of the reasons he made away with the money so as to facilitate the production of his current album. But its unfortunate he duped his own kingsman.

Based on our findings, the Music Artiste and producer who is from Boki LGA in Cross River State had earlier requested for N400,000 before coming to his own land to perform. He only agreed on N200,000 after much pleading, that's quite disheartening.

The 2019 Banjuare Boki Festival has successfully come to an end and AU Pro never showed up even after receiving money he's still yet to refund.
