Following the official date for New Yam celebration in Boki LGA of Cross River State, Nigeria, the Ochibe Boki Forum in UK - Europe have slated Saturday August 24th to participate in the 2019 Boki New Yam Celebration.
According to a Facebook update by the president of the Forum, it reads;
"Happy Bokyi New Yams Festival. Enjoy yourselves Faulks and don't forget the celebration and spirit of the festival continue in London among the Bokyis, their families and friends come next Saturday, August 24. You are all welcome".
The venue of the event had been scheduled to be at St Alphege Church Hall, Edmonton, 445, Hertford Road, London,N9 7DH
Time: 16.00 to 23.00 hours
Free Entrance
The group invites all Boki sons and daughters around Europe to be in attendance.
