As we all countdown to the historical Banjuare Boki Festival 2019, plans are on ground and more efforts by committees on various activities are also ongoing.

It has however come to our knowledge that a Traditional wrestling, Football Competition, Marathon race, cultural display, pageantry are some of the activities that will take the center stage at the  event holding in Boki LGA from 13th - 18th August 2019.

The Festival’s Media/Publicity Committee, led by Mr. George Odok, has also itemised the programme schedule for the event following a recent meeting in Calabar.

While analyzing the Sport comitte chairman, Ted Afu Nyang's abilities we can really predict that the Bajuare Boki 2019 event would begin with a Football competition to kick start the festival.

The Pageantry Committee, led by Mr. Akobor George Abiam are also working so hard to bring out the best in this segment of the festival.

While registration for the pageantry is still on going, the committee had scheduled 20th of July for auditions which will be in three locations (Calabar, Ikom and Boki)

While all other committees plan, the central committee chaired by Hon. Ikobi. A. Ikobi stands to confidently oversee and bring about a successful event come August 2019.

It Can Only Get Better.
