In a recent press release, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education Mr. Aye Henshaw II disclosed recent (Re) Appointment made by the Executive Governor of Cross River State. 

 Included in the list, is SUBEB's Boss Dr. Steven Odey who was recently involved in a corruption scandal. 

 Some of the other appointees are mentioned below;

 2. Director-General, Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau – Barr. Alphonsus Eba Ogar

 3. Director-General, Bureau of Public Private Partnership – Mr. Udiba Udiba

 4. Chairman InfraCross - High Chief Eugene Akeh

 5. Head of Personal Staff to the Deputy Governor – Mr. Emmanuel Peter Ndem

 6. Protocol Officer to the Deputy Governor – Barr. Egwu Obin Egwu
