Bill And Melinda Gates Foundation: Abang Mercy Officially Included As Goalkeepers

Boki Born Journalist Abang Mercy have been officially included as a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Goalkeepers. She made this known on a status on facebook as she said it was an honour.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation started Goalkeepers last year because, despite remarkable advances in the fight against poverty, inequality and disease, the job is not yet finished. Progress is possible, but it is not inevitable and that’s why Goalkeepers was designed. It is a catalyst for action, bringing leaders from around the world to share what is working, what’s not and to forge new partnerships for action.

The Goalkeepers are part of a group of people across the world taking action on issues in our countries and communities and working with the Bill and Melinda Foundation to achieve global goals

According to Abang Mercy "this means a lot to me and there’s no better way to end the year".
