Sir Victor Abang, a man of his words

Sir Victor Abang, a.k.a Mature, is a man of his words. Upon the commencement of his ward-to-ward-tour during the primaries, his first point of visit was in Ofutop ward in Ikom local government area. During his consultation in Ofutop, he met with the APC stalwarts and supperters right inside the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Alesi community.





After the consultation, he made a vow before the temple of God that if he wins the primaries, he would come back to the church for a Thanksgiving service to appreciate God and also donate his quota towards the development and growth of the church.

After winning the primaries with a landslide victory, Mature led hundreds of his supporters to a thanksgiving service where he fulfilled his promise and donated handsomely to the development and growth of the church.

The officiating Priest prayed and blessed the candidacy of Abang, urging him not to dissapoint the mandate of the people if elected into the green chambers. 

Interestingly, friends, family members and APC stalwarts that worshipped in the church courtesy of Mature, donated graciously to the building of the church sacristy.

Mature, a Knight of St. John International, has built a befitting and modern Catholic Church in his community. 

Indeed, he is a man of his words. Voting him into the House of Representatives in 2019 will bring the needed development to Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency.

Phase one of the project has been completed. To the glory of God, the phase two will surely be swearing in.
