Five (5) Awkward But Amazing Foods In Boki

Food (Meals)  is one of the major ways tradition is displayed as it is very glaring that different tribes also feed on different types of food just as they speak a different language.
Boki is not left out in this case as we also have our own peculiar meals, some we share with other tribes and some which are only for us. In the next few paragraphs we'll be taking you on five awkward but amazing foods in Boki,

Note: A true Boki person will scarcely find some of the examples awkward but to be brutally honest, some of them really look AWKWARD!

• #5 Kyirim - While a lot of people are familiar with Yam, Water Yam and Coco Yam, the specie of roots popularly known as Kyirim is a scarce and hard to find plant. Though not too awkward root from it looks but another peculiar thing about this root is the time it takes to prepare it, it usually takes a very long time to get done

• #4 Etse (Local Beans) - Etse is almost like the normal beans but it differs in time taken to prepare and little taste difference.

• #3 Banwa (Termites) - The Banwa termites are a unique breed of termites as they usually only come out during the rainy season and to get this termites into your hands you need A source of light, the brighter the light the greater the catch.

• #2 Kanring (Dawa-Dawa) - though not peculiar to BOKI alone is a awkward commodity that is consumed greatly in Boki.

• #1 Eshuareh (Bakikere) - this are a special specie of worms as they are edible and enjoyable, a lot of people hold very fond memories of the worms. You'll agree with me that Eshureh really deserve the number one spot...
