[Boje/Isoben] Villagers doubt the neutrality of military personnel sent to Boje/Iso-ben

A young man named bebia manus took to facebook to share what is believed to be the mind of the people of Iso-bendeghe  after the kidnap and murder of a young man by unidentified men. 

He said in his words
"The military sent to protect the disputed communities of Boje and Iso-bendeghe is a total disgrace to the Society.
They lack good security surveillance..

How and why would they be in an area of dispute and someone was Kidnapped and burnt to death.
It's a planned deal, because the two communities are supposed to be subjected to searching, by the personnel's.

But where did they position themselves only on Boje route,
Whereby, anyone coming or going outside Boje must be search then look at what has happened.

I hereby called on the repositioning of these security men to a meeting point of both communities, which is between the route to Nsadop. This is a matter of urgency, those in charge should take note"
If this is True then it's not a good thing..
