2nd Edition Of The Compendium Of Who's Who In Boki Nation Launched

The 2nd edition of WHO'S WHO IN BOKI has been launched.

      The Book  that had Gen.  Moses B Obi (RTD) as Chairman,Barr Chris  Agara as Chief  Luncher  and Ntufam  Dr.  Sandy  Onor ,The Caterpillar as Book reviewer is now available  for purchase.

  The Chairman  of the Occasion  was represented heavily  by Prof Florence Obi. The Prof  who spoke  as a Mother reminded  the Boki Nation  how Boki  use to be the determinant  factor in the Cross River State Politics even to the level of deciding  who becomes  the Governor  of the State. She Stated the likes of King  Soni Abang  and the rest she  described  as Father of Modern  Boki who are now relegated. 

Prof  Obi  Stated  that the  youths  have lost regards  for Elders thereby being  a disappointment  to its own generation.  She Stated  that  Politicians  sponsor  youths to relegate  elders  who opposes  them on social  media etc. Prof Obi said, a man who earned  several commendations  from World  Bodies is being  relegated  back home as the Chairman  of OCHIBE BOKI the  Highest  social Cultural  Body in the Land. She said people  try to relegate  both  the  office  of the Chairman  of OCHIBE BOKI and General  Moses B Obi  (RTD) as a person even when he spends sleepless  nights  seeking  the stability  of Peace  in Boki. Prof. Florence Obi  reminded  the Boki Nation  how  the proceeds  from Boki Palm  Estate  was used to build  Boki Boys and other  developments  it brought  to Boki but today  it's the reason  for many lost of lives and Properties and the major source  of pain  in Boki  Land.  Prof  Obi  advised  the youths to avoid  inheriting their  masters  enemies, stating that  even  her Children  should  not inherit  her enemies  if she has any haven reached  the Climax  of high  profession. 

Hon.(Engr) Dane  Osim- Asu ,Hon Commissioner for Works took the Centre  Stage  to express his respect for the Boki  Nation  and Youths  thereby  creating time  from his busy  schedule  to be in attendance. 

     Hon. Joe Obi  Bisong  who is the DG Caterpillar  Movement  for the actualization  of Ntufam Dr. Sandy Onor for Senate  in Central  Cross River State  come 2019 took his turn  to speak  as the representative  of his Principal  Ntufam  Dr.  Sandy  Onor the *BOOK REVIEWER* and of the Secretary of the State Government, Barr.  Tina  Banku  Agbor  respectively.  As the Book  reviewer  he stated the Social-economic and academic  content  of the Book. He said the book  is a solution  to any Reseacher who needs  to know  about  any  Boki Son or Daughter at home or  Diaspora. He said  the Book is a reference  material. Hon  Joe Bisong  further said  reading  through the book, the didn't  see any *CAPONE* of anything Cult  group  enlisted and their  achievements therefore no Boki Youth  should  be proud  to be a Cultist or join same. 

     Hon. Hilary Bisong representing Boki 11 in the Cross River State House of Assembly took  his turn to speak  to the Boki  People. He lamented  the low turnout  of the Boki youths  to Celebrate their own on such  a large project. Hon Bisong  stated  that in the first edition  his name  didn't  appear  but in the second edition  his Name  appeared and  stated that any member  of the audience  present  who's  name is not in the Compendium and didn't  appear  in the third  edition, then  there  is a problem  some where. 

   Pastor Osor Sampson Osor, the Cross River State House of Assembly hopeful  stood  up to address  the audience  stating  that  the major  problem  of the Boki  youths  are the elders who they find  very  difficult  to see them  as role models  or mentors  because  of their  behaviors  with  themselves. 

   Hon. Deacon Amos Kajang  the Special  Adviser  on Aviation stood to say that the problem  with  Boki is lack of Love for one another  using  the attendance  as a reference. He encourage  Boki people to develop  love for one another. 

  The representative of the Political  Leader  of Boki Dr. Pius Tabi Tawo,Mr Ben  Tawo Spoke on his love for his Boki Nation and appreciated  the Boki  Nation for finding him  worthy  to be an Alternate  Chairman  of the Highest Decision making Body  in Boki alongside Late  Amb. M T My at very  young  age and a lot he owe  to Boki. 

Hon.  Dom Kidzu the Special Adviser  international Donor, moderated  the entire occasion with  other members of his Committee, Dr. (Mrs) Tina Apie who is also an aspirant  for the Cross River State House of Assembly, Elder Nicholas Obun Dan and Dr.( Barr) Micheal Otu.

  The author  of the Book Mr  David A. Obun  appreciated  the support  he got  to actualise  his lofting  dream  and creating  a reference  material  for the  generation  unborn. He said to him  it was a huge  success and a dream  come through. 

   The event had His Excellency Sen. Prof. Ben  Ayade  as Special Guest of Honor. 

Awards  were given  to so many deserving Boki Son's and Daughters. 

    The Compendium  has in its content the profiles of all the Boki  Political  appointees  in Sen.  Prof. Ben  Ayade's administration, former Chairmen  of Council,Former and present members  House of Assembly ,Former  Members NASS, Boki  legends and lots more other personalities.
