The entire people of Irruan community are indeed grateful to the governor of Cross River State for the appointment of their illusterous, upright and committed son, Pastor John Ewa as Chairman, Boki Security Committee and assures him of their continous loyalty and unalloyed support in the forth coming elections.
In a ward meeting with the people of Bunyia/Okubuchi, well attended by party faithfuls, community leaders, women, youths and appointees of government like Hon. Dominic Kidzu the great pen pusher and fountain of words in Cross River State, Hon. John Otu, Hon. Jonathan Osang, Barr. Raphael Omang, Barr. Ewah Obi, Mr. Jimmy Dibang and other strategic stakeholders, the people extolled with applauses and unhidden jubilation manifested in songs, the thoughtfulness and intellectuality of the Governor in the appointment of their son who is popular for various Peace movements in Boki LGA. According to popular opinions "Pastor John Ewa amongst other credible considerations is, the best hand to man the Chairmanship position of the committee because of his wide acceptibility, grassroot connectivity, discipline, leadership capacity and unquestionable pedigree exhibited so far."

The people in thanksgiving to God and the Governor of Cross River State promised to cast 100% votes for the People's Democratic Party that has recognized their sons at diverse levels and attracted development to the community as gratitude albeit with hope that more benefits will come after the elections particularly in encouraging the involvement of Irruan women and youths by giving more political appointments as victory is certain for all the PDP candidates.
In a quick stop-over at Katchuan Buda ward, the political thunderbolt of all times, Rt. Hon.Chief Jake Otuenyia in a sea of heads gathered in his compound reiterated the fact that since 1998, the people of Irruan has given block votes to PDP and especially now, the votes should be absolutely cast for PDP to ensure better harvest for the community. The quintessential Hon. Tony Edako at his end in Kakwagom Irruan also encouraged the people to remain steadfast in their commitments to delivering PDP at all levels.
The show of love and support for PDP in Irruan was indeed overwhelming and the people asked that their "thank you" message which will reflect in their votes be extended to the Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade and indeed, the PDP family.
