The Court of Appeal in Abuja has uphold the Candidature of Victor Bisong Abang- Mature as APC Candidate for Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency for the forthcoming Feb 23th presidential National/Assembly elections.

According to Simon Abang, The decision was reach this morning when the Court struck off the Appeal brought by Cletus Mbia Obun seeking a retrial of the suite in the lower Court.
According to him, this decision by the Court has reaffirmed our commitment to our judicial system as the hope of all. And as a major instrument of peace and Justice in the country. Also, the decision has shown that the APC family is one.
NAN Correspondent, George Odok also made it clear on his Facebook update that this judgement have struck out the case instituted by the Hon. Cletus Obun.
