The Conference of Nigerian Political Parties (CNPP) Cross River State chapter has disassociated itself from the adoption rumours of the Senate candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba SAN, as consensus candidate for 2019 polls.

 Following a general meeting held in Calabar on Wednesday 30th February, the group said, “At No time did CNPP Cross River State Chapter adopt Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, SAN as our consensus candidate for 2019 Elections.”
