The Member Representing Boki II State Constituency, Rt. Hon. Hilary Bisong has today received a Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC at the Commission’s State Headquarter, Calabar.

 The workaholic House of Assembly member received the certificate alongside family and friends, party men and well wishers.
