The Press Secretary General of the National Association of Cross River State Students, comrade Prince Usheshe Jerry have said Students are sacrificed on the altar of politicians political  interests in an update on facebook.

This was in regards to the death of a final year student, wisdom Aya, from Boki LGA who was hit by a bullet in a gun battle by election campaign thugs in Obudu.

In his post, he wrote;

It is catastrophically catastrophic,  regrettably regretful, satanic, sadistic,  unacceptable even in the Bible, that after rigorous processes of infantry,  adolescence, sacrifice of time, energy,  resources and  investments on this young Nigerian student by his parents,  he was not allowed to fulfill his destiny due to political violence . Am pained to reflect on the premise that it might be me, Mr president (NACRISS) or any other comrade that will  be the next victim of barbaric situation like the recent thermo- succide clash that weird away the life of Comrade Osang if we don't move to address this  issue especially as we approach the eve of the 2019 general elections. Is on this standings that I Prince Usheshe Jerry, one time this, o time that,  presently who I am, want to solemnly move with my mind far parted from my chest a motion that the chief pilot and commander of all Cross River state Students, Comrade Akpanke B. A.  should  request from all relevant authorities that our beloved Comrade shouldn't be buried until explanations are been given to us on why Students are sacrificed on the altar of politicians political  interests. Aluta Continua!
