The Chief Magistrate Court in Okundi has changed base to the Civic Center in Okundi. The Court Building which was left in rubble for years due to the Judiciary strike in the state that lasted several years is still lying in ruins.
The Court has been actively operating in the Civic Center just opposite the court building.
The Civic Center is also an issue to ponder about because since the completion of the Civic Center building over 13 years ago the building has not been used properly. It is interesting to note that far back as when it was constructed the Civic Center had computers and Solar panels to supply 24Hour electricity but it has never been used properly.
The Building which was a Federal Government project, supposed to help the people to gain Computer (ICT) awareness but the building was left without use and the Solar panels got destroyed.
There are a lot of other projects left to waste in Boki. This is bad and should not continue.
