Mrs Florence Kekong took to facebook a drama which was said to have happend in Boki. She appreciated one Miss Olutosin Oladosu Adebowale, a social entrepreneur who bought our Unique Boki Locust-Bean (Dawadawa) and said that all the quantity should be given to a poor widow from Boki.
She added by saying she wants to set up a dawadawa business for any poor widow that is interested.
Mrs Rose Okaja Otu-Anyafulu who was the first to purchase from the business of the poor widow understood what this meant attracting investors to our local Boki markets, boosting Tourism, along promoting enterprise development, as well as nutrition. Rose bought more than what she initially asked for Just to encourage Bokians and a way of saying, Thanks to our sister Olutosin Oladosu Adebowale, for loving Boki people.
Mr Joe Edet however expressed thanks to Margeret Ekong for giving a further push for the better life of rural women.
